About me

My name is Tarja Niemela and I’m from Finland. After living for 4 years in Milano I moved near beautiful Lago Maggiore lake, about 60 km northwest from Milan.

The animals, dogs and cats, had always an important role in my life. The love for animals and nature is origin from my childhood. I had a fortune to spend all my holidays at my grandmother’s farm in the countryside. She gave me the best example for how to treat all animals, small and big ones, how to love and take good care of them.

During the last years we had dogs like pharaoh hounds, australian shephard and recently a saluki.

In 2007 I fulfilled my dream bringing home our very first siamese cat, Nabila. And that was LOVE at the first sight. I got fascinated of the character and the intelligence of these stylish cats. But one siamese was really not enough. I started to dream about breeding and soon I brought home Scilla from north Sweden. In December-09 we received a Fife-registered affix Fin* BLUINTENSO. Of course this italian name refers to the most beautiful eye colour of a cat : intense blue!
